Rosado Custom Homes is a full service general contracting firm; with the ability to create a new subdivision from the ground up. We also do remodeling and alterations to existing homes. “A big seller for us was the construction of second floor additions on ranch and cape style home that would look original to the existing house not an eye sore”. We currently use the mechanical contractors that have been with us for over ten years. Outside of mechanical and foundation subs we try not to sub out any work that our employees can do.
